This worked for me, but it may not work for you. So i deleted them.

I have had this same problem in, i used revo to uninstall but it left an entry that needed to be removed with lspfix, im sure a google search uninatall "netintelligence lspfix" will show you what entry to remove. An administrator account is required. It gets as far as password page then shuts down again. How to Uninstall Netintelligence [NI].
